My services
Therapy
I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, and EFT Supervisor-in-Training with a commitment to creating therapy experiences that are both emotionally safe and genuinely transformative. Trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help individuals and couples identify the deeper emotional patterns driving their struggles, and build the secure connections that make lasting change possible. I integrate Deliberate Practice into my clinical work, meaning I actively monitor client feedback and refine my approach session by session, so that progress is never assumed and outcomes stay at the center of care. I approach spirituality and faith with openness and respect, welcoming clients to bring the full weight of their inner lives, including what gives them meaning, into the room.
EFT Supervision
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, ICEEFT Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist, and EFT Supervisor-in-Training. I work with therapists at all levels of EFT training — from those newly encountering the model to more advanced clinicians refining their case conceptualization and intervention skills. My supervisory approach is grounded in the same relational principles that make EFT effective with clients: I believe supervision works best when supervisees feel secure enough to be honest about what's hard, curious about their blind spots, and genuinely supported in their growth. I incorporate Deliberate Practice methods into my supervision, using structured feedback and ongoing outcome monitoring to help clinicians develop not just theoretical fluency but measurable, session-level skill. I also bring openness and respect to questions of spirituality and meaning, welcoming supervisees to explore how their clients' inner lives — including faith and worldview — can be engaged thoughtfully within the EFT model. My goal is to train therapists who don't simply follow a protocol — but who can track emotional process, work flexibly within the model, and build the kind of therapeutic alliance that makes change possible.
